Pros and cons of living in a loft style lane house

With plenty of lane houses in Shanghais market now days which has gone through a completely renovation, those houses have attacked so many eyeballs with their unique deco style and fine quality.

Among all different types of layout of the lane houses, we want to share some insights of one particular type- a loft style lane house. A loft style lane house is the one with a high ceiling which can

be taken  good advantage of. The designers or the owners often make the open space( usually the living room)  to two levels.- a living room plus a bedroom. It is cool and stylish.

However, there are a few things that one cannot miss when looking at a loft style lane house, especially when the unit is on the top floor of the house. . 1. The tenant’s height. If the tenant is to

tall, he or she will feel uncomfortable to stand in the loft bedroom, so make sure you walk to the upstairs and feel it by yourself. 2. The upstairs loft bedroom is in its best during spring and

autumn, but not that idea during Summer time. Air-conditioning is strong, but not strong enough to cover all space and you have to turn it on all the time and keep it in a low temperature which

can be costy.

So a loft lane apt  may looks cool, but certainly it is not for everyone.
